Vintage Kona Hard-tail has been repurposed many times
This classic Kona has seen service as a Mountain Bike, a Beach Cruiser and is currently configured in a BMX Cruiser style.
It's the bike that started me on custom builds as a hobby.
Its strong alloy frame has been upgraded with Rockshox forks and a disc brake front end. It also features a Halo Combat wheelset fitted with MAXXIS Hookworm rubber.
The 10" BMX bars are fitted with upgraded Shimano selectors for the 24-speed gears.
Comfort gips were added, along with braided cables with teflon-coated inners throughout.
It's also running a Brooks C17 saddle for excellent comfort.
